After engraving vendors missed too many deadlines, Absolute Automation bought a Meistergram™ rotary engraver for in-house legend plates, lamicoids and nameplate production. Our success making high-quality, fast-turnaround identification products led us to enlarge our engraving capabilities. We now have dedicated staff and additional equipment, including a 100-watt, 2-axis laser and a dye-sublimination system. We're specialists at identification marking for process & machine control systems. We recently laser-marked 460 one-way valves for gases used in hospitals. We engraved the logos of a landscape firm into two skids of bricks. We've done many plaques, trophies and nameplates for the Experimental Aircraft Association AirVenture™ Cup, among many others. We keep all the information we can to make it as easy as possible for you to repeat projects. From graphic arts to engineering services to practical production techniques, we'll offer you the widest number of choices and our recommendations for the solutions that will most cost-effectively meet your needs.
We can convert most files, including your CAD drawings and many MacIntosh files for output to laser or rotary engraving. If you don't have files to convert, let us scan original materials or otherwise create files for you. Our more than 800 postscript and truetype fonts include many foreign language characters, music symbols, flags and an entire CAD library of electrical engineering symbols. We can stock and ship parts to meet your needs.
