One fourth of our employees and management are degreed engineers who have proven abilities to take your project from concept to design to fabrication and installation. Our wide range of expertise includes PLC programming, AutoCAD, plant networking, data acquisition and process and machine control systems.
Our staff is skilled at working with clients to quickly identify critical needs and cost-effective solutions in a wide variety of control systems applications. Specialties include (but are not limited to) motion control systems, process control and instrumentation systems, machine control systems, PLC programming, human-machine interface programming, plant floor networking and data acquisition systems.
We begin the process with consultative interviews to get the 'big picture'... a clear idea of the end result the client is seeking. When engineering and/or programming are involved, we'll either procure the functional specifications from the client or create them for the client. If we're doing simple control panel fabrication we'll review the clients plans before manufacture. Details and decisions are "front-loaded" to avoid costly errors and allow for fast and cost-efficient 'lean-manufacturing' fabrication techniques.

Our services continue after your product is designed and produced. The same skilled engineers and experienced craftsmen who designed and built your systems also offer testing to customer specifications, packaging, shipping, installation, on-site startup, complete documentation and field service and technical support.
Our engineering services include a full documentation package (programming and CAD files & prints, wherever applicable).
