Skilled Engineering

One fourth of our employees and management are degreed engineers who have proven abilities to take your project from concept to design to fabrication and installation. Our staff is skilled at working with clients to quickly identify critical needs and cost-effective solutions in a wide variety of control systems applications. Specialties include (but are not limited to) motion control systems, process control and instrumentation systems, machine control systems, PLC and human-machine interface programming, plant floor networking and data acquisition systems. We begin the process with consultative interviews to get the 'big picture'... a clear idea of the end result the client is seeking. When engineering and/or programming are involved, we'll either procure the functional specifications from the client or create them for the client. If we're doing simple control panel fabrication, we'll review the client's plans before manufacture. We use AutoCAD as our standard drafting package. Details and decisions are "front-loaded" to avoid costly errors and allow for fast and cost-efficient 'lean-manufacturing' fabrication techniques.

Complete Fabrication

We employ highly-skilled and experienced craftsmen. Many have over twenty years of tenure. Our facilities are safe, well-organized, clean and bright. We use intelligent approaches, such as cell-based and lean-manufacturing techniques to enhance the productivity of our skilled and experienced work force. We have in-house metal fabrication capabilities, including drilling, tapping and punching. Our extensive network of solid vendors for fabrication, cutting, bending and finishing enable us to deliver anything you require. We perform complete panel assembly, including low and high-voltage wiring, controls and components mounting, sub-panel assembly, through lamicoid and nameplate engraving and dunning and packaging.
